Late-50s, hardened, grizzled, chapped and wrinkled, yet still impressively built. As the head of the CPD, O'Leary is the closest thing Comanche has to an ally. This, of course, doesn't ease the constant friction that exists between the two. O'Leary is a first generation Irish immigrant with anger management issues, which, combined with his coffee-cigarette-chow mein diet, lead to his incessantly recurring ulcers. Capt. O'Leary seems to be perpetually kicking Comanche "off the case".
